The Fever is in Cronic State

Dreaming... day and night. Freezing almost every single panel of scene out while watching it online. Talking typing lonnnngggg email's; commenting, reviewing every details of the drama... That's how serious the fever is. And though only two episodes to go (on KBS2), we're so blessed in this country that we still have a little bit more than halfway to go with the drama on our TV while at the same time catching the recent episodes online. Yikes! That also mean I have to tend my fever for a long time more.

In my home.. I was affected by this fever alone (unlike other kdrama). No oppa aka hubby to tease my tears, which left me alone crying or even smiling like crazy infront of the tele, hugging the cushion.. or Little Eagle (if he's wide awake) in the other case. Little Eagle somehow gets infected indirectly by the mommy. He can humming the tunes (which shocked dear oppa as well).. yes people... my 3 plus y-o-son knows the soundtrack well (esp. Paradise tune be it the instrumental version or the full version). hahahaha!!! He's learning a bit of the korean here and there. The other day, he asked me... "what's 'aja' means mommy? What's 'aja'?".

Now... as for the fever, I need to ramble at LOVE&FEVER to ease down the heat. hehehe... Thankfully that the drama is aired only on Mondays and Tuesdays... or else (^^!)

One of my favourite quote from the drama.

“The most unfortunate encounters are like those with fish bones. The longer the encounter, the more the fishy smell sticks with you.

The encounters to be most careful with are with an open bloom, because while it’s open it brings cheers of joy, but as it wilts, it gets thrown away.

The most beautiful encounters are like those with handkerchiefs. They wipe away your sweat when you are tired, and your tears when you are sad.”

Meet My Latest Enemy

I hate cats!!

There, I said it. So what if I am one of an almost-extreme-nature-lover? (is it ^^???) Okaylah, not all cats though. I love playing with my aunt's cats at her house, or any other place in that matter...just not around my house.

All cats that came to my house will suddenly became my worst enemy. I'll try every harmless possible efforts to get rid of the cats (e.g. cerobong pengasapan, manual water sprinkler.. etc). HOWEVER> No matter what, this particular one female cat kept coming to my house especially during her 'breeding season'. Look, I did not aced my biology and physic so please... do excuse me for my wrong used of terms here okeh!

Meet the most productive female cat around.
She have countless number of descendants around the neighbourhood.
Should give her a trophy or something...

I moved the box near hubby's storage room way back behind our house. The next day, I found her moved back in and nursing her babies inside a pail next to hubby's tool's box. GOSH!!! I really want to get rid of her! Let just say that I can't keep up with the urine smells and everything alike. I can not tolerate with that...

Sometime I can feel like my inner self want to shoot the 'poor' cat away! Hmm.. for the time being, I manage to control my 'un-defined rage' towards this helpless animal... o yeah. Time will tell when my limits explode! Of course I won't choked the cats to death.. I am not that evil. What should I do?? *helpless*

6th Photo tag

Tag from Mimi

Tag's instruction:

Go to your photos folder in your computer. Go to the 6th folder of photos. Go to the 6th picture in that folder. Put the picture on your blog and a description of it. Invite six friends to join the challenge. Link them in your blog and let them know they have been challenged.

Well, this is suppose to be a single photo tag but I decided to disobey the instruction ^^. I'll explain later.

from "my picture folder."
Spot on.. o yeah! Since this is one of my favourite scene from my favourite K-drama so far (Flowers Before Boys).

However, I somehow felt that not many can relate to the above photo so I checked on another folder from my desktop and followed the same rule.

Meet the U**I descendants... these are only like 10% of the big U**I family. Taken during our Christmas holiday. I was the one who took this photo. We're having lunch at Just Dessert after Sunday Service. Nice food...

Now.. the six friends will be:

Dzu
Laura
Rin-Chan (could it be another korean photo??)
Mareq
Eija (I love you ^^)
MrsGraig/ Ken

Woman

My sister emailed this to me. I found it funny, and somehow quite familiar ^^. O yeah...

My School Holiday

It's the school holiday where children look forward to sleep late (till midnight or break dawn for some) and not worry to sleep until afternoon. Well, at least that is what some children do nowadays. I (and my siblings) however can't really do that during our time. And as much as I can recalled it, school holidays are just like any other days (minus going to school).

While other kids had FUN and had it all almost their way; mandi sungai, main bubut-bubut, main masak-masak... we had it our way (thanks to dear daddy *smile*). However, I doubt that any of the children now will look forward to our ways of having the holiday *wink*. Well, at least that what my cousins' response when their mother (my aunt) brought up our siblings way of having our holidays^^. Now, how we did it?

  • Enjoyed family time traveling (that's including balik kampung and outdoor activities e.g. picnic, swimming...).... only going back home then to be expected to write a full report/ composition (as how we called it) about the journey, our experiences...etc, along with drawings about things that happened.
  • Had a list of "tajuk-tajuk karangan" prepared by dad to be completed within the holiday time e.g. my house, my family etc.
  • When children nowadays committing fully enjoying themselves with PS2/ PS3... my dad bought us Nitendo (do they still exist??) ... only to be allowed playing strategic fun critical games SOMETIME and Donkey Kong (A mathematic solving problems games). Oh yeah... happy hour^^.
  • 6.00 pm means to switch off the TV or hand the remote control to daddy (whichever applicable) and went to the kitchen to help with the dinner (regardless the age unless you're 6 years or younger).

By the way, if you think I made this all up, it's not. Yeah... we even brought our paperwork 'homework' balik kampung (my aunt sure remembers that one till now). Ironically, I don't felt being tortured and rather sometimes I found it fun since dad and mom later helped us/me with the drawing and the water paint colouring. Not sure if my youngest siblings remember these though. But I bet they can't forget the endless compositions and Donkey Kong!!!

Anyway... dad don't stay that way^^ when we're all finished high school and went our ways. Will I do the same thing with my children in the future. Hmm.. time will tell^^.

Little Eagle wants a Super Pet

We watched BOLT a few days ago at home. Having a nice time lounging at home around together^^. This movie was quite good and I must say I love the hamster so much (it's a great day to die!!!). Guess what? While we're watching BOLT, Little Eagle stood up and ...

Son: Mommy, can I have a pet?
Me: You already have a pet. There... (pointing to the fish tank) your goldfishes
Son: No, no goldfish. I want a super pet. I want super dog!
Me: Super dog? Where got super dog?
Son: (Turning to hubby) Daddy can I get a super dog?

Hmm.. so much for the TV itself. If there's such thing as super dog, I would have to have one too. To fight and save the world^^ (as if I like dog hehehe...). By the way, son do knows how to make excuses these days. I am still looking for the source (which cartoon he watched) that taught him to say this phrase:

"Sorry mommy. No can do. I am kinda busy right now!"

The first time I heard he used that phrase, I was shocked, amused, and awed at the same time. When I asked him, busy doing what? He answered me with, "lots of thing mommy! busy-busy-busy" . *sigh* Kids.... (^^!)

Between H, X and R

Hubby and me had been discussing for some times about getting a new car. Not a second one but we decided to trade-in the car we used at the moment. Just say that though we manage to save on fuel consumptions, the maintenance cost is a little bit pricey. So we opted for Toyota or Honda. I had my eyes like forever for H but hubby on the other hand wanted X. Then a week ago hubby came back home and we had this conversation

hubby: How about getting R?
me: (fancy...) Why so sudden with R? and can we afford it?
hubby: Well I made calculation. We could
me: Remember dear, it's recession. Can we pay it if you don't have any OT for about three months in a row?
hubby: Ya. But I might cut off your allowance
me: How much?
hubby: Half...
me: What??? Hmm.. (want to save my allowance here) what's wrong with X? I thought you had your eyes on them like since ages?
hubby: Why? You don't like R? I thought you were against X?
me: I like but.. (looking at the brochure) WHAT!!! RM*********** per month? Crazy?
hubby: *laugh*
me: Installment for X is cheaper lah (though I don't really like X *sigh*). You see bah the difference.
hubby: so?? how?
me: (dua-dua hati...) bah, whatever lah. Think about our budget. But then... (silly me saying) X pun okay juga.

**fact--> I prefered R much-much more than X.

Two days ago conversation
hubby: Dear, I ordered X already
me: What? But I thought you said you wanted R?
hubby: Well, you're against it.
me: Yalah... But...
hubby: And you keep nagging bout the price and remember you did said X pun okay juga. Right?
me : But.... (speechless *sigh*)
hubby: What to do. Cannot cancel already. All had been key-in. All payments needed pun sudah kena bayar.
me: (T_T))

Last nite
me: Dear, really cannot change kah?
hubby: Ya... paid already.
me: mmm...
hubby: You want to see the receipt?
me: no lah. What for? You're the one who'll end up driving it (still hubby went to get the files)
hubby:Nah (giving me the R's brochure). Just satisfy yourself with the brochure
me: jahat...
hubby: Here the receipts
me: (malas mau baca but still... then) HUH?
hubby: hahahahaha!!!
me: Yeh!!!! You're playing with me all these time?
hubby: Sapa suruh (laughing)

Ending-- Hubby took R

This was the first time hubby really played a joke that last for days with me. Anyway, am waiting to drive R now. You do the guessing what H, X, R is... ^^. Thinking of buying a car yourself? Check what's in and what's not [here] ^^.

By the way, yeah... you could blame for not expressing my real thoughts as well. Till then! Happy days!

In the mood for pancakes

Earlier this evening, my oppa came home early than usual.
Yes, early enough to enjoy a late tea-time.
So since I am in the mood of Kkotboda Namja, I decided to make pancakes.
Served with honey - love *wink*
Little eagle enjoyed it very much since I haven't made it for some time.

ahh... and by the way, Lundayeh call this 'TENAPIS'.
Well.. at least that what my grandma called it (missed hers).
Quite western huh?
Will share later with more Lundayeh's delicacies^^
